हर साल लाखों छात्र-छात्राएँ Industrial Training Institute (ITI) में Admission लेते हैं। लेकिन सही जानकारी के अभाव में कई विद्यार्थी ऐसा Trade या संस्थान चुन लेते हैं जो उनके भविष्य के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं होता। यदि आप 2026 में ITI में Admission लेने की योजना बना रहे हैं, तो ये 10 महत्वपूर्ण बातें अवश्य जानें।

1. अपनी रुचि के अनुसार Trade चुनें

ITI में Electrician, Fitter, COPA, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Plumber, Turner, Machinist सहित कई ट्रेड उपलब्ध हैं। केवल लोकप्रियता देखकर नहीं, बल्कि अपनी रुचि और क्षमता के अनुसार ट्रेड चुनें।

2. केवल मान्यता प्राप्त ITI में ही प्रवेश लें

Admission लेने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित करें कि संस्थान संबंधित सरकारी प्राधिकरण से मान्यता प्राप्त हो। मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने पर भविष्य में रोजगार और अन्य अवसर बेहतर मिलते हैं।

3. Government और Private ITI की तुलना करें

दोनों प्रकार के संस्थानों की फीस, सुविधाएँ, प्रशिक्षण, लैब, कार्यशाला और प्लेसमेंट रिकॉर्ड की तुलना करें। कई बार कम फीस वाला Government ITI बेहतर विकल्प होता है, जबकि कुछ Private ITI उत्कृष्ट Industry Exposure भी प्रदान करते हैं।

4. Placement Record की जानकारी लें

संस्थान में पिछले वर्षों में कितने छात्रों का चयन हुआ, किन कंपनियों ने Campus Placement किया और किन ट्रेडों में अधिक अवसर मिले—यह जानकारी Admission से पहले अवश्य प्राप्त करें।

5. Workshop और Practical Training देखें

ITI में Practical Training सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होती है। इसलिए यह देखें कि Workshop, मशीनें और उपकरण आधुनिक तथा उपयोग योग्य हैं या नहीं।

6. Apprenticeship के अवसर जानें

अच्छे संस्थान अपने छात्रों को Apprenticeship के लिए मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करते हैं। इससे छात्रों को उद्योगों में वास्तविक कार्य अनुभव प्राप्त होता है।

7. भविष्य की Career Opportunities समझें

हर Trade की रोजगार संभावनाएँ अलग होती हैं। Admission से पहले यह जानें कि चुने गए Trade में Government Jobs, Private Jobs और Self Employment के कितने अवसर उपलब्ध हैं।
