DigiLocker क्या है?
DigiLocker भारत सरकार के Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) के Digital India Programme की एक प्रमुख पहल है।
यह एक digital platform है, जिसका उद्देश्य नागरिकों को उनके authentic digital documents तक आसान access उपलब्ध कराना है।
DigiLocker में दो तरह से documents दिखाई दे सकते हैं:
- Issued Documents
- Uploaded Documents
Issued Documents वे documents होते हैं जो DigiLocker से जुड़े किसी government department, board, university, institution या अन्य registered issuer से सीधे प्राप्त होते हैं।
वहीं Uploaded Documents वे files हैं जिन्हें user स्वयं अपने DigiLocker Drive में upload करता है।
DigiLocker क्यों उपयोगी है?
मान लीजिए किसी student को admission के समय अपनी marksheet दिखानी है या किसी candidate को नौकरी के लिए document submit करना है।
अगर original document साथ नहीं है, तो परेशानी हो सकती है।
DigiLocker ऐसी स्थिति में काफी उपयोगी हो सकता है, क्योंकि eligible issued documents को mobile या web के माध्यम से access किया जा सकता है।
इसके प्रमुख फायदे हैं:

DigiLocker Account कैसे बनाएं?
DigiLocker account बनाना काफी आसान है।

Issued Documents और Uploaded Documents में क्या अंतर है?
यह DigiLocker समझने का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।
1. Issued Documents
Issued Documents वे electronic documents हैं जो किसी registered issuer द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं।
उदाहरण के लिए किसी board, university या government department ने आपका document digitally issue किया है और वह DigiLocker से integrated है, तो वह document आपके Issued Documents में दिखाई दे सकता है।

2. Uploaded Documents

DigiLocker में Driving Licence कैसे देखें?
यदि आपका Driving Licence DigiLocker ecosystem में उपलब्ध है, तो संबंधित transport issuer/service से document fetch किया जा सकता है।
